This holiday house is in the midst of the nature reserve on the edge of the village. You can escape from hectic everyday life in surroundings close to nature, whilst still being close to the famous seaside towns of Ahlbeck, Bansin and Heringsdorf.

The living space of 73m² is spread over two floors and up to five people can relax in the house newly built in 2015. It provides three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed. The open living and dining room on the ground floor has floor-to-ceiling windows affording an open view over the river. A fireplace, a fully-equipped and open kitchen-diner, and three TVs are provided. The ground floor has a bedroom for one person, which can also be used as a TV room. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor. The ground floor also has a guest WC. The stylish ambience exudes a sense of well-being.
The garden of around 550m² has two sunny terraces. You can grill, play badminton or sunbath. There are parking spaces for your car right on site. Enjoy your holiday in this house with a view from the terrace over the Peenestrom and the Achterwasser.
The beach with little bays, in quiet surroundings close to nature by the Peenestrom, is just 100 metres away. Children can use the playground there. The nearest cafés and restaurants are two kilometres away.
