This beautiful holiday home is located in Nerja. It is situated in a new, enclosed area with a wonderful shared pool. The terrace on the top floor offers a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. It also has a barbecue, a shower and sun loungers. The living room on the ground floor has direct access to the covered porch and the terrace. Nerja is a relatively quiet area in contrast to the vibrant and lively western part of Málaga. You can visit the famous Nerja Caves and the unique bays that can be reached only on foot. The region boasts of extraordinary natural beauty and the best climate in southern Spain, both in winter and in summer. You can explore the beautiful coastal towns of Almeria or go skiing in the Sierra Nevada near Granada. The extremely diverse landscape of the region makes your holiday a unique experience! Nerja offers a variety of bars and restaurants which serve tapas typical of the area. If you are holidaying with a large group or with several families, you can also rent the adjacent apartment EAN846, thus providing accommodation for a total of 14 people.

    “Ausstattung: ausgezeichnet, gepflegte Anlage, schöner, kleiner Pool
    Lage: Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer und die Berge im Hinterland, ruhige Lage oberhalb des Strandes Buriana. Sehr viele Treppen zum Steigen, zum Strand und zurück, ca. 10 Min. runter, ca. 15 Min. rauf. In die Altstadt von Nerja ca. 20- 25 Min. zu Fuß, sehr viele Treppen und Steigungen.
    Wohnung: Sehr sauber, wunderschöne Dachterrasse über Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, großzügige Raumaufteilung, 3 Bäder, großes Wohnzimmer mit spanischem TV und Stereoanlage, WIFI sehr gut, Küche groß mit allem was man braucht.
    Einziges Manko: Sämtliche Betten in der Wohnung sind zu weich und durchgelegen, wir würden empfehlen, neue Matratzen anzuschaffen!
    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut, kleiner Minimarkt gegenüber, große Supermärkte nur mit Auto zu empfehlen (Supersol und Mercadona).
    Wir können die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!”
