This 2-bedroom chalet in Livo has been renovated to suit the modern travelers. It is ideal for a family or a group of 4 persons looking for peaceful environs and proximity to the Dolomiti Superski wintersports area. There is a garden to enjoy the natural surroundings.



The Dolomiti Superski wintersports area is perfect for snow lovers and skiers in the winter season. Centrally located in the town center, this chalet is just 7 km away from Lago di Santa Giustina, where you can go for picnics. The ski lift to Folgarida is a short drive away.

The centrally heated chalet has an open kitchen, where you can cook healthy meals for everyone. There is a living cum dining room where you can eat and chat together. You can also bring 1 of your pet for a small fee. Parking is available for your convenience.

Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.

    “Das Objekt hat drei Wohnungen. Die im Parterre hatten wird. Sie ist wunderschön und hat als einzige den direkten Zugang zum Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ist sie sehr geräumig, ein Zimmer haben wir gar nicht benutzt. Für vier Personen wäre es auch in jedem Fall ausreichend. Die verwendeten Materialen sind mit Bedacht gewählt. Die Lage ist einasam. Man kann nicht zu Fuß zu einem Cafe oder einem Supermarkt gehen. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Wasserfall. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Es gibt ausreichend Stühle, Tische und Liegen für alle. Auch sind zwei Grills vorhanden. Der Besitzer ist der perfekte Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Autopanne und er hat uns sehr nett und schnell geholfen. Er hat auf dem sehr großen Grundstück ein Haus (alte Mühle) für sich, das er ab und zu am Wochenende nutzt. Man hat aber dennoch absolut seine Privatssphäre. Ich würde es unbedingt empfehlen wenn man Natur- und Erholungsurlaub sucht. Wir waren im Sommer dort und haben Wanderungen und Ausflüge gemacht.”
