The well-maintained vacation home is located on a beautiful sandy beach with good walking paths. Relax on the south terrace or in the sauna. Many excursion destinations are close to this recreational area between Ystad and Simrishamn. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and your morning coffee on the wooden deck. If you are vacationing here in the off-season, you will definitely want to enjoy the refreshing sea after a sauna session. In the house there are 2 bedrooms and in the living room there is a sleeping place in the sofa and an extra bed can be placed wherever you want. In the annex is another bedroom. Kitchen, dining area and bathroom on the first floor. In the surrounding area you can enjoy the fine white sandy beach for many kilometers. The small fishing village Kåeseberga and Ales Stenar are nice places to visit, for wine lovers there are even vineyards where you can taste Österlen wine. There are also galleries and studios here. Families with children are recommended to visit the medieval castle Glimmingehus or the castle Christinehofs. A visit to the amusement park Tosselilla Sommarland will surely delight everyone as well.
