This spacious vacation home overlooking the valley is located on a 12 hectare property with vineyards, hazelnut, kiwi and olive trees, 6 km from Vignanello in an area rich in history and art. The adjacent garden is fenced and has a small wooden house for children's games, an area planted with trees and an equipped green area with the beautiful swimming pool. Ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful art cities of the "Tuscia Viterbese" area around Viterbo and the southern part of Umbria. Distances: 6 km Vignanello, 25 km the Vico Lake, 22 km Sutri, 29 km Viterbo, 67 km the "eternal city" Rome and the beautiful free and equipped sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea. On the second floor there is a one-room apartment with kitchenette, double bed and double sofa bed.

    “Dieses Haus ist sehr groß und hat einen schönen Swimmingpool. Der Preis hat uns schockiert, als wir sahen in welchem Zustand die Einrichtung ist. In dem Haus war es auf dem ersten Blick sauber, aber als wir die Sachen einräumen wollten haben wir festgestellt das es überall dreckig ist und das Möbel nicht mehr funktionsfähig sind. Der Eigentümer hat uns sofort mitgeteilt, das die Spülmaschine und die Duschkabinen kaputt sind und das es am nächsten Tag repariert wird. Die zwei Duschkabine hat er repariert aber die Spülmaschine nicht... Es waren überall Spinnennetze und das Geschirr war auch nicht sauber, es war staubig... Wir werden das Haus leider nicht weiter empfehlen.
