Holiday Apartment in Stoltebüll with Little Terrace

This ground-level apartment is in a wing of a big farmhouse that stands alone in a quiet location, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the inland area of Schleswig-Holstein, just a few kilometres from the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. The settlement is outside of the centre of the harbour town of Kappeln.

You can also dine on the terrace with garden furniture and a grill for sociable grill evenings. There is a parking space on site. The owner can arrange bicycle hire.

This apartment in the right wing of the property offers two people a comfortable stay within 70m² of living space. It was renovated in 2014. The entrance area provides access to a living room, a separate kitchen with a dining space and a little terrace, a bedroom with a double bed (190 x 200cm), bedside tables and reading lamps on either side and a shower room. The first rays of sun greet you through a generous window in the morning. The window can also be darkened with a big curtain. The bedroom is laid with parquet flooring and a carpet. The shower room has a shower cubicle, a WC, a washing machine and a washbasin with a mirror. You can relax after a day trip on the very comfortable leather sofa and be entertained by the flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. You can also enjoy a film evening with your own films on the DVD player or via the USB port. A stereo system can provide a musical backdrop to your holiday. The generous kitchen enables convenient self-catering with a dishwasher, a stove with four rings and an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen has a dining space by the window with two chairs. An external door leads out onto the terrace.

Kappeln with its entertainment, restaurants, shopping facilities and culinary specialities awaits you 6km away. You can spend a day by the sea on the sandy beach 7km away. There are riding facilities 5km away and a golf course 8km away.

    “Die Lage ist absolut zum Ausruhen mit Blick über die Felder. Ländliche Idylle eben. Als Selbstversorger in Ordnung, gastronomisch immer mit weiteren Wegen verbunden.
    Die Terrasse war leider sehr zugewachsen, daher nicht unbedingt einladend sich darauf aufzuhalten.”

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (3Nächte), würden aber als Fahradfahrer beim nächsten Mal eher eine Unterkunft wählen, die näher an Geschäften und Lokalen liegt. Positiv: Die Wohnung war großzügig, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Sie ist gut geeignet um sich dort länger aufhalten zu wollen, gut geeignet um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Negativ: Man muss einen fahrbaren Untersatz dabei haben damit man einkaufen kann. Das einzige Lokal fußläufiger erreichbar haben wir nicht gefunden und hatte keine guten Kritiken. Die Terrasse hätte ein bisschen einladender gestaltet werden können.”
