Private villa with pool in Le Marche and comes up from a nineteenth-century rural house, finely renovated by its owners keeping the typical features of Le Marche farmhouses. Being at a short distance to the Adriatic coast, this property is a convenient starting point to spend amazing days at the beach. The property is surrounded by a wide garden with centuries-old trees and next to the entrance there's a comfortable porch with tables, chairs and outdoor sitting area, ideal to spend relaxing moments in the open air. The pool with Roman stairs offers a great view over the surrounding hills and is set on a terracing that can be reached through few stone steps. It is also present a lovely terrace that overlooks the pool area equipped with sun umbrella and outdoor sitting furniture.
The villa is set on two floors. On the ground floor you find a kitchen and dining room, with direct access to the porch. A wooden staircase separates this area to the living room, with comfortable sofa beds. On the upper floor you find four double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower, two of them with en-suite bathrooms and one that serves the other two.

MONTEFELCINO Montefelcino is a town in the province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marches, situated at 266 metres above sea level. Set on top of a hill, the town has medieval origins as witnessed by the magnificent Palace of the Feudatory and offers a fine view of the wide and fertile river valley, which has all the nuances of the green and an extraordinary variety of landscape, given by the numberless cultivations of vineyards, pastures and woods. TO VISIT The Palace of the Feudatory houses a rich and interesting exposition of contemporary art, the “Raccolta comunale di grafica contemporanea”, which gathers many abstract works. Noteworthy, as well as the perimeter fence of the castle, the churches of Ss. Pietro e Paolo and the church of san Severo. EVENTS From mid-July to mid-August, every tuesday from 18.00 to 24.00, the town organises an Exhibition of artistic handicrafts and antique, known as the “Mercatino del Feudatario”(market of the feudatory). For the occasion, musical shows take place and inns are set up to offer to the tourists the typical dishes of the cooking tradition of the Marches. In september, the commemoration of the treading of grapes gives life to the Festival of Grapes, accompained by wine tasting, singing and dancing that call back both to medieval and present times.
