The detached holiday house is in a very sunny location with a panoramic view of the valley of the Candigliano River. You can admire the view of the Furlo gorge, as well as of the three mountains of the Apennines, Monte Catria, Petrano and Nero.
The holiday villa consists of two independent residential units. On the ground floor of around 80m² there are 4 + 2 beds. In the living room you can find a cooking niche and a sofa bed for one person. There are also two bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom. On the upper floor, a further 110m² await you, with six beds. Here there is also a living room with a kitchen niche, and there are three bedrooms (with two single beds or with a double bed). On this floor there are two bathrooms. In total, the newly built villa provides 190m² of space for twelve guests.
The ground floor provides access to a large terrace. On the upper floor there is a spacious balcony. The site is completely fenced. The house is surrounded by a large garden with trees and flowers (more than 5000m²). Here there is a private swimming pool for your own exclusive use. Deckchairs, parasols and a gazebo with a table and chairs invite you to relax. The pool can be used from June to September.
The house is accessed via a private access road. Therefore you can enjoy a completely relaxed holiday here, far away from other houses in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
The nearest town is Acqualagna, which is about 3km away and lies at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level, above the valley.
