Country house dated early '900 just 4 km from Cetona (shops, restaurants and offices of all sorts), in a nice panoramic location with view over the valley towards Cetona and to the back of the house, towards Città della Pieve. The property of approx. 1.500 mq is completely fenced. Panoramic terrace with table and sun umbrella on the front. The garden with swimming pool (5x10) is for private use of guests. A motorway passes in approx. 900 m distance. No drinkable water in the house. Dirt access road (800 m) of which the last part is uphill and not suitable for low cars.

    “Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Sauberkeit befriedigend, dem Haus fehlt etwas die Struktur, es werden seit Jahren Sachen gesammelt, die teilweise mal entsorgt werden könnten. Weniger ist manchmal mehr. Der Kühl- Gefrierschrank war nicht sauber und die Tür schloss nicht richtig.
    WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das war ein Problem, da wir mit WLAN gebucht hatten. Wir sind selbständig und müssen ab und an das Internet nutzen. Ansonsten Haus und Grundstück sind super und ruhig gelegen, die Autobahn stört kaum. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück bellt oft ein Hund, man gewöhnt sich daran. Am Besten ist der Pool, alle haben das entspannte, tägliche Baden genossen. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück (ca. 600m) ist etwas schwierig (Schotterweg bergauf, bergab, eng und mit Schlaglöchern). Wir haben uns daran gewöhnt, für Autoliebhaber könnte es schwierig werden.”

    “Very nice holiday house. Altough it is an old house, all modern facilities are available (internet, dish washer, tv). Only no dvd player. Energy is rather expensive. Very nice view on top of the hill. Water of the pool was very cold in september. The house (located on a hill top) is accessable via a difficult dirt road. Not possible for every car ...”
