The lake property has private fishing spots and in this secluded place you can spot deer, moose and sea eagles. From the jetty you can also enjoy a beautiful lake view and in winter you can skate on the lake or in the sea situated below the house. The property is in the vicinity of the well-preserved Trosa that has narrow streets, a beach promenade and fine restaurants. Among the many beautiful castles situated here, are the royal Tullgarns with a famous garden where you can enjoy a stroll. In Trosa there are 2 golf courses. You are required to have a boating licence if you want to rent an engine for the boat and a deposit of 4000 SEK is payable.

    “Sehr idyllischer ruhiger Ort, der einladet zum relaxen, bei gemütlichen Grillabenden in schönster Natur. Im Haus, das "picobello" sauber ist, fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren zu neunt dort, es gab aber nie das Gefühl sich gegenseitig auf die Füße zu treten.”
