The house is only about 200 metres from the Mineral-Therme and walking paths start right in front of the house. You can enjoy a wonderful view into the Black Forest and the Wiesental.
It is a lovely, comfortable and light three-star 44m² apartment on the second floor. It has a separate fully-equipped kitchen with a two-ring hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many kitchen utensils, as well as a bathroom with a shower and WC. The entrance area is tiled and has a large built-in cupboard and wardrobe. New and modern laminate flooring leads to the bedroom with a double bed, a big desk opposite and satellite TV. Next to it there is a dining table with two chairs. The living room to the rear has a modern pull-out sofa, two armchairs, a side table and table lamp. Telephone use is free of charge.
