The house is only about 200 metres from the Mineral-Therme and walking paths start right in front of the house. You can enjoy a wonderful view into the Black Forest and the Wiesental.
The lovely, comfortable and light three-star apartment (44m²) is on the first floor. The entrance area is tiled and has a large built-in cupboard and wardrobe. New, modern laminate flooring leads to the bedroom with a double bed, as well as big desk and satellite TV facing it. Next to it there is a dining table with two chairs.
