The larger house has a living room, kitchen and 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, while the smaller house has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the first floor and a lounge on the ground floor. The property is surrounded by a high wall and has a wonderfully refreshing pool on warm summer days. The covered terrace is a great place to watch your children play and you can certainly enjoy your holiday reading on it. There is also a playground for the little ones. The proximity to the towns of Rovinj and Pore, which can be reached in a few minutes by car, makes the house an excellent holiday base. You are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the towns and mass tourism. Nearby you will find the ruins of the medieval town of Dvigrad, which was ravaged by the plague several times and where, according to legend, the pirate Henry Morgan hid his most valuable treasure, which he had collected in Central America, while fleeing from the British fleet.
