The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, ready for you to prepare your favourite dishes. In addition, this floor features a contemporary bathroom with shower for your convenience. The first floor offers one bedroom with 80x190 cm beds and one bedroom with 90x190 cm beds, which can be combined to form a double bed or separated into single beds. There is also a large bathroom with shower. From the master bedroom, there is access to the second terrace, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the Mediterranean nights.
The third floor consists of a spectacular terrace with lounge area and a shower to cool off on hot days.

There is easy access from the garage directly into the property, with enough space for up to two cars, making it ideal for families arriving with large vehicles and for motorcyclists wishing to store their motorbike safely.
