Newly renovated townhouse, very central and close to Torrecilla Beach. It consists of a spacious living-dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen on the ground floor, on the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a 1.35m double bed and a 1.05m single bed, another bedroom with a trundle bed, both bedrooms have TV´s and there is one bathroom with shower. At the entrance of the house there is a large patio with terrace furniture, the house has a roof terrace with sea views where there are two sunbeds, a table and chairs. This roof terrace is accessed via a staircase from the small patio outside the kitchen. Equipped with AC/heating in all rooms, free WiFi and washing machine. Suitable for 4- 6 persons.
