The inviting Son Frau farmhouse is particularly family-friendly, which is convincingly reflected in many ways: great garden, child-safe pool and well-proportioned room layout. You will be greeted by a spacious square in front of the open staircase and a large lawn next to numerous trees. Your children will find plenty of space to play and run around. There is a dining area on the veranda and another, covered by a breezy awning, on a second terrace. The pool is fenced for children's safety and equipped with sturdy entry steps. The outdoor bathroom with WC and washbasin is particularly practical, as you will be spending most of your time outside in the pleasant island climate anyway. You can relax and sunbathe on the pool terrace or use one of the loungers under the awning.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The house has a pleasant layout and is wonderfully airy. You get this impression as soon as you enter, when you find yourself in the large living and dining area. In the living area there is a cosy upholstered suite with a fireplace and TV corner. Here you will also find the dining room and the open-plan kitchen. This is ideally equipped with many appliances for self-catering. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and spacious, as is the bathroom with shower plus bathtub with whirlpool function.

This family-friendly and well-kept villa Son Frau has a 2,400 m² carefully landscaped garden plot in a rural atmosphere. This great holiday villa is located at the gateway to the town of Manacor, so shopping facilities in the local supermarkets are within easy reach. Due to its central location, you can easily reach coastal towns such as Portocristo with its inviting beach and harbour boulevards as well as impressive natural beaches (such as Cala Varques).

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be the case on arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
