The holiday home Can Punta is in such an idyllic location that you might be surprised by a flock of chickens while sunbathing by the pool. The holiday home for 6 people in the south of Mallorca is surrounded by olive trees, small palm trees and shady pine trees. The well-kept outdoor area is easily accessible thanks to extensive, smooth terraces that connect the beautiful pool with the house and offer plenty of space to relax. You can enjoy cosy meals in the shade on the fantastic covered terrace, which wraps around the house in an L-shape. There is also a small outdoor WC. Behind the house there is a brick barbecue and a great pizza oven; both are always used with great enthusiasm by the guests.

The interiors of the two-storey house are spacious and cosy thanks to a successful combination of modern comfort and tasteful rustic furniture. On the ground floor, a large dining room with fireplace forms the entrance area, which is also open to the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is also connected to the dining room by a wide archway with a serving hatch. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two cosy double bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. Wooden cupboards, ceiling beams and modern terracotta floors create a cosy country house atmosphere on this level. The country house is surrounded by a 21,000 m2 rural plot in the south of Mallorca, 10 minutes by car from Santanyí and Campos and its several supermarkets. The long natural beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita are 20 minutes away by car; the pretty little sandy coves near Santanyí are 12-15 km from the holiday home.
