Villa Es Ferrutx has a lot to offer: The classic holiday home made of sand and natural stone with the pretty green wooden shutters scores above all with its great location on Mallorca. It stands on a spacious plot in a typical residential area of the Montferrutx urbanisation on the outskirts of Colònia de Sant Pere. Although you are surrounded by neighbours, you can still enjoy your privacy to the full thanks to the screening of densely grown hedges and white-painted walls. Various terrace areas, partly enclosed by decorative stone railings, partly sunny, partly shady and equipped with comfortable seating furniture, invite up to ten people to sit together comfortably around the holiday home. Cool off in the large, shallow pool. But it's not just in the water that you can do sport. You can also play exciting matches on the table tennis table and on the private tennis court. You can park your hire car in the garage and there are additional parking spaces at the house.

The interior of Es Ferrutx is classically elegant. Typical of traditional Mallorca, the holiday home is furnished with many beautiful old pieces of furniture, some of which are intricately carved. Shiny tiled floors, light-coloured walls and various wooden elements such as panelling and door frames are perfectly coordinated. As a pleasant contrast, some of the walls are decorated with modern, colourful paintings. The house is very spacious, so that everyone can find their favourite spot and, especially when there are lots of fellow travellers, you can also retreat from time to time. On the ground floor, in addition to the stately entrance area and the well-equipped kitchen, there are two large living rooms, each with its own dining area. Four lovingly furnished bedrooms, three with modern en-suite bathrooms and one with a separate bathroom, round off the living space on this level. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a further bedroom with bathroom.

The classic, particularly spacious villa Es Ferrutx is situated on a large plot in one of the typical residential streets of the Montferrutx urbanisation. Even though there are neighbours, you can enjoy your privacy here. The sea is so close that you can easily reach the nearest beach on foot across the road: Platja de Colònia de Sant Pere is only about 700 metres away. Shopping and restaurants are also easily accessible without a car.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
