Are you looking for an exceptional property with plenty of space and privacy? Whether you want to spend relaxing hours with family and friends or are planning a special event for your employees or business partners: Villa Rainbow not only impresses with its facilities, which leave nothing to be desired. The use of the finest materials and an exceptional design make this house so special. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living and dining area with sofa corner, large dining table, which can also be used as a conference table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light and create an airy atmosphere. Four of the comfortably furnished bedrooms with double beds are located on this floor. Each room in the house has its own bathroom. These are either en-suite or integrated directly into the open-plan architecture of the room. Four further bedrooms on the upper floor have access to their own private terrace. In the basement you will find another living area with sofas and lounge chairs, a flat-screen TV, a bar and a fitness room that is easily up to the standard of a studio. A wide range of fitness equipment is available for your workout. There are also four bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms on this floor. You can stay connected throughout the house via WLAN.

The villa is located north of Palma in an exclusive location in the centre of a charming residential area. The city centre of the lively metropolis can be reached in just ten minutes by car. The impressive La Seu Cathedral was built in the 13th century and is a shining eye-catcher in the evening and at dawn. Right next to it is the Almudaina Palace, which belongs to the Spanish royal family. The bay of Palma with its long, gently sloping sandy beaches borders the city and is ideal for families. The property scores further points for its proximity to the airport and the short journey time. Thanks to its central location, you are easily connected to the entire island. The Son Vida and Son Termes golf courses can be reached in just 15 minutes. From your villa you can stroll to a few nice restaurants.
