Have you ever dreamed of hiding away in a beautiful country house and devoting your time to art and leisure? Then Villa Cal sent Toni is just right for you. Its location in the mild southern part of the island offers a good chance of plenty of sunny days. Now it's up to you to decide how you want to spend them. The villa offers several options: Perhaps you'd like to commune with your aquatic heritage in the private pool or you'd like to tantalise your taste buds by preparing a few delicacies in the outdoor kitchen. Whatever you choose, the time will fly by. In between, you can perhaps play a game of table tennis or enjoy a cup of coffee under the awning while you are engrossed in a good book. If you are travelling with children, they will enjoy the large surrounding lawn, which is perfect for games of all kinds. Soak up some sun on the comfortable sun loungers next to the pool to replenish your vitamin D reserves.

The villa is furnished in a rather rustic style, so you'll clearly feel like you're in Spain. In the living room, an extremely comfortable corner sofa and a large leather armchair invite you to put your feet up and end the long day outside with some TV or a view of the fireplace. The kitchen has a spacious table where your whole group can sit down to eat together. The villa's characteristic vaulted ceiling gives some rooms a cave-like cosiness. On cooler evenings, you can use the heating function of the air conditioning to make it even cosier. Two of the bedrooms, one double and one twin, are located on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. The second bathroom is on the upper floor, along with two more bedrooms modelled on the ground floor bedrooms: there is one double and one twin room. One room overhangs the other house/property, but is only accessible from your house. The house and the land belonging to you, as it is now divided up, belong exclusively to you, as do the pool and the garden. The property is separated from another detached house by a wall

This allows you to explore the enchanting south of the island with optimal peace of mind: The area is characterised by natural beaches and romantic bays such as Cala Figuera or Cala Llombards, which are both around 12 km away, or you can explore the small coastal town of Satanyi and immerse yourself in its more than seven hundred years of history. A farmers' market is held here twice a week, the perfect opportunity to watch the hustle and bustle while enjoying a cup of tea in a nearby café. We highly recommend a visit to the Mondragó Nature Park, 18 kilometres away: nature lovers and ornithologists will enjoy the numerous hiking and cycling trails. Villa Cal sent Toni is surrounded by a magnificent landscape, typical of the south of Mallorca: the Mondrago National Park is only 18 km away and is ideal for swimming and hiking. The proximity to the small town of Santanyi and the somewhat larger town of Campos (approx. 6 km away) means that shopping facilities and excellent restaurants are within easy reach. There are bathing opportunities in the idyllic bays of Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards or the double bay of Mondrago/S'Amarador, all of which can be easily reached by car in just 15 minutes.
