Apartment Silvano is a duplex apartment located in an old renovated stone house in a small village Radosi distant 5 km from Porec and 6 km from the nearest beach.
The house was built in the early 20th century and the apartment is renovated in 2010. This apartment has its own courtyard with maintained lawn, covered terrace with sitting furniture, barbecue and a parking in front of the house.
The house owner lives in the other half of the house.
Apartment for 3-4 guests with a living area of approximately 75 sqm situated on two floors. At the air-conditioned ground floor there is a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, fireplace, sitting area and a shower/toilet. The living area has access to the garden and a covered terrace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with double bed. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
