Casa Eden Burriana Casasol is a charming and cosy house, imbued with traditional Andalusian style and situated in a quiet area of Burriana in Nerja.
One of the great attractions of the house is its magnificent terrace, which not only offers panoramic views, but is also equipped with a dining area and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals and evenings under the stars.
Just 600 metres away, less than 10 minutes' walk, is Burriana Beach, an award-winning gem well known for its beauty and amenities. In addition, the vibrant historic centre of Nerja, with its bustling streets and historic squares, is just a 20-minute walk away, offering a perfect blend of tranquillity and access to city life.
The house, distributed over two floors, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, is an invitation to rest with its king size bed (180 cm) and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, with two single beds, is located next to the main bathroom. This floor also houses a spacious living room, which opens onto a terrace with stunning views of the area and the sea, providing the perfect setting for relaxing.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including integrated appliances. The living room is a cosy space equipped with comfortable furniture, a 42-inch Smart-TV with Netflix (own account required), and a DVD/CD player with USB access, perfect for entertaining evenings.
A third bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom is located on the lower floor, offering a little more privacy and tranquillity, as it has a separate entrance through the lower terrace.
The house stands out not only for its design and comfort, but also for its functionality. It has excellent high-speed wifi, ideal for those who need to work or stay connected, and air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the main living room, ensuring a pleasant stay whatever the weather.
Important: Access to the house requires climbing approximately 60 stairs after an uphill walk from the beach, so it is recommended for those with a moderate level of fitness.
