The charming Villa Nikol Premantura is located in the village of the same name near Pula. This beautiful villa is ideal for a relaxing family vacation close to the sea. There is a private pool in front of the villa, where you are sure to spend most of your vacation. On the first floor of the villa there is a beautiful living room overlooking the terrace with pool and a charming, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The first floor of the villa is suitable for wheelchair users and on the same floor you will find a cozy bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which is also suitable for wheelchair users. On the upper floor you will find 3 further beautifully furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two rooms have a balcony where you can relax while enjoying your morning coffee. The third bedroom gives you access to a spacious terrace that will delight you.
