Do you have exquisite taste and are you looking for a luxury villa? Villa Laurea is located close to the sea and has a large private pool, a sauna and phenomenal sea views. You can relax and refresh yourself in the private pool or enjoy the sun on the sun loungers. There is an outdoor kitchen with a covered dining area where you can prepare and enjoy tasty meals for family and friends. Next to the villa there is also a covered lounge area where you can enjoy your first morning coffee or relax in the shade during the day while the wind carries the scent of the Mediterranean greenery. If you are traveling with children, you will appreciate the advantages of the villa. Children can play carefree in the fully fenced garden with playground. The interior of the villa is modern, bright and airy and decorated in natural colors. The first floor has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the courtyard and pool. On the second floor there are three further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a playroom for children. In the attic you will find a sauna with shower and a balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings and the sea.Villa Laurea is located on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula in the small village of Drenje. The beautiful east coast of Istria from Plomin Bay to the Opatija Riviera is one of the most beautiful coasts of the Adriatic. It is particularly famous for its numerous bays and hidden beaches, but also for the dolphins that make their home here. Visit the nearby islands such as Losinj, Cres and Krk and enjoy the scents of the Mediterranean. For all lovers of active vacations, the east coast is ideal. This is where you will find the best cycle paths connecting the east coast with the interior of Istria. In the north of the peninsula is the Ucka Nature Park, where you can enjoy hiking, cycling and other outdoor sports. The excellent location of Villa Laurea offers many opportunities for day trips. Visit the interior of Istria, where you will find numerous medieval hilltop towns and first-class traditional restaurants serving local specialties. Also visit the west coast of the peninsula and its tourist gems such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec. Don't forget to visit the Brijuni National Park, an archipelago in the south known for its beautiful beaches and archaeological sites.
