Villa Tyra - located in the heart of Cape Coral offers around 185 square meters of living space for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while you have breakfast on the terrace. The garden is planted with tropical plants and palm trees.

Relax on the terrace which is surrounded by a white screen or take a refreshing swim in the lap pool. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and there is a dining table with 6 chairs on the covered terrace. You will also find another table with chairs on the canal terrace, from where you have a great view of the canal. Villa Tyra also has a boat lift and a large captain's walk (a large boat dock) from which you can also enjoy fishing or your morning coffee.
From the entrance area, you first enter the open dining area and then continue into the living room, which is furnished with comfortable seating and a large-screen TV. Large sliding doors open out onto the terrace.
The all-black and white kitchen has a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, as well as all other appliances such as a coffee machine, blender, toaster, etc. At the kitchen bar, 3 people can enjoy a quick snack. From there you can access the utility room with washer and dryer and the garage. In front of the kitchen, there is another dining area with a view of the terrace.
The master bedroom, furnished with black lacquered furniture, has a king-size bed and a TV.
The en-suite bathroom has a double sinks, corner bathtub, shower and WC.
