W-lan free of charge. A ball grill is at your disposal for use. The private lake access with sunbathing lawn and footbridge can be reached within 3 minutes. On request you can get a high chair, a travel cot, a buggy and potty for your child.

The apartment has a total of 55 m2 and has direct access to the garden. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen-cum-living room which is well equipped. This includes a Tassimo coffee machine, a stove with ceramic hob, a microwave, a wok and a refrigerator with freezer. There is also a satellite TV with flat screen, a bathroom with shower and corner bath and a separate toilet. The furnishing is modern and the own terrace area invites you to enjoy the evening sunset. A ball grill for the grill fans is also available. Furthermore, you can relax undisturbed on the private beach (footbridge and sunbathing lawn). You will also find an ironing board including a steam ironing station in the master bedroom. Bed linen and towels are naturally available for your stay.
