To be completley relaxed we offer for our guests massages at the house.

Directly located is a tennis court, the golf course, riding ground Sappl and the bathing place are accessable in a driving distens of 

5 minutes by car. 

Located on a sunny plateau of Millstatt , our house is the ideal place to go for hiking and mountain biking. Our guests can enjoe

an absolutly undisturbed athmosphere.

On request well trained dogs are welcome ! The clean up costs for dogs are 35 euro.- (for your whole stay)
