It is the only tourist apartment in Marbella to date that has the Andalusia Safe label (a label that guarantees health security against COVID-19). The apartment is very cozy. The kitchen has been recently renovated. The appliances are new and the furniture with little use. The apartment consists of a living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 extra long folding sofa-bed and 1 folding bed that is used as an extra, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 study area and a terrace.It has many extras: Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, smart lock, safe box,...
A single floor of 77 m² is made up of the following rooms: a living-dining room with television; a bedroom with a TV with a double bed, 1 extra-long sofa bed and 1 folding bed; a fully equipped dining kitchen with induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker...; as well as a bathroom with bathtub, magnifying mirror, hairdryer. The washing machine can be used as an extra paying the amount separately.Other extras included in the price: Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, safe box, iron, smart lock,...It has radiant heaters and 2 fans.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. It is very spacious, being glazed allows one side of the terrace to be used as a work area.
Easily accessible housing. The building has 3 elevators. The house does not have a step. It has a supermarket on the ground floor of the building.
The apartment is located in the heart of Marbella. In the basement of the building you will find the supermarket, in 2 minutes you can reach the old town and in 3 minutes to the beach and the marina. I can recommend restaurants according to your preferences, places of interest, shops to visit,...I am a tourist guide and I can organize excursions and visits in Marbella or in the surroundings.
