Holiday House with fireplace in the town of Roc

The house was built in the 30th year, and is located in the old part of the town of Roč within the walls of the 13th century. It is a spacious house with a fireplace that is comfortable in summer and winter. facilities such as hiking (20 km), beaches (30 km), many historical sights ... If you want to feel the rustic style, come and be our guests.

The environment around the house is quiet, the exit from the house is on a small terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor.

The house consists of a spacious lobby with sofas and a living room with fireplace. The ground floor contains a toilet. In the lobby there are stairs leading to the first floor. On the first floor are four spacious bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with dining area.

Roč is located on a hill, a typical Istrian place, very close to the Učka Nature Park where you can hike, enjoy paragliding, hiking on beautiful trails. It is great for using bicycles because it is quiet and full of paths. Thirty kilometers away is the sea and you can meet very beautiful beaches such as: Opatija, Medveja, Mošćenička Draga, Rabac .... Istria abounds in wineries, historical sites, good inns with homemade food.
For a great supply of groceries you can visit the town of Buzet which is a few kilometers away, but Roč has its own shop which is well stocked.

    “Von der Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden, auch wenn nicht unbedingt alles im top Zustand. Die Terrasse mit Schatten ist im Sommer Gold wert.
    Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich i.O., teilweise war das Geschirr jedoch von unseren Vorgänger nicht sauber abgewaschen worden.”
