Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich in ruhiger Lage in Dingen. Im großen Garten befindet sich ein Teich, Liegewiese, Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Pavillon sowie ein Gartenhaus. Nordsee ca. 20 qm, Badestrand ca. 15 km, Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 3 km, Restaurant ca. 3 km, Bahnhof ca. 3 km, Schwimmbad ca. 3 km.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock (Wendeltreppe). Sie ist 80 Quadratmeter groß und hat drei Schlafräume (5 Betten), einen Wohnraum mit offener Küche mit Spülmaschine plus Duschbad und WC. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Farbfernseher, Satellitenantenne, WLAN und Waschmaschine.
Um das Haus herum gibt es ca. 5.600 Quadratmeter Garten mit Sonnenliegen, Terrasse und einem Teich. Die Nordseeküste ist nur 20 km entfernt. Bis Brunsbüttel ist es 8 km.
