Modern 3,5-room apartment (73m2), 2nd floor, sunny, quiet and central location in the old quarter Laret, with balcony. Living/dining room with fire place, SAT-TV, radio, phone. Kitchenette with dish washer, oven, microwave, Nesspresso Maschine. 2 double rooms, bunk beds, bed sofa, crib availabe, bath/WC. Washing machine available, elevator, ski-storage room, parking. Near bus stop, hiking paths, slopes, shops (150 m dist.). Pets not admitted. No smoking apartment.
Please note that renovation works will be carried out in June 2023 on the facade of the house. The house is ready, the craftsmen start work 7 hours in the morning.     “Positiv: schön eingerichtete Wohnung! Negativ: Parkplatz zu schmal, Heizung zu hoch eingestellt, zu warm in der Wohnung! (Bodenheizung)”

    “Wir verfügen über keine Bodenheizung. Alle Zimmer werden durch Heizkörper- Radiatoren geheizt. Die Zuleitungen zu den Radiatoren erfolgt ab einem zentralen Verteiler sternförmig zu jedem Heizkörper. Da im Wohnzimmer drei vorhanden sind, kann es vorkommen, dass die Abstrahlung der Leitungen im Boden die Wohnung überdurchschnittlich mit heizt”

    “Jederzeit gern wieder Positiv: Super sauber und top ausgestattete Wohnung , vor allem auch die Küche. Negativ: Schade, dass wir extra eigene Handtücher mitbringen mussten”

    “Positiv: Lage ist zentral, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch sonst ist alles da. PP vor dem Haus ist praktisch. Negativ: Die Wohnung ist recht düster.”
