The "Villa Sur" is completely fenced and allows a relaxing and exclusive holiday. In addition, it has 3 parking spaces for additional parking spaces for cars in the courtyard.The terrace, private pool (9 x 6 m) and the bar area with barbecue adjacent to the pool is located on the sea with panoramic sea view and direct beach view.In the lower part there is a large garden with 19 varieties of fruit trees (orange, lemon, mango, papaya, kaki, maracuja, fig, mispelo, apple, banana, kiwi, lychee, chirimoya and pomegranate). You are welcome to use the grapefruit for the heart. Our gardener takes care of the garden and pool in the background. So you can also sit back and enjoy your well-earned holiday in this unique ambience. All rooms are on one level and have high-quality stone and marble floors.All beds, mattresses, bed linen and electrical appliances were completely renovated in 2024. The second bathroom was completely renovated in 2016.
