Apartment on the second floor of a historic building overlooking the lake with period furniture and stunning views of the Lake Antique wood floors. The apartment was completely renovated in 2011 and is extremely friendly. The apartment measures 50 square meters and consists of a very wide living room, a large bedroom with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and there can optionally be prepared an additional beds. In the lounge there are two sofas, one of which can be easily used as a bed. The apartment has central heating with radiators heated by pellet boiler. You can access the lake a few meters from home and spaces for the storage of small accessories and sports equipment are available, Nearby there are facilities for windsurfing, swimming, scuba diving, tennis, rental motor boats and sailing excursions on the lake in a sailboat. A few meters away here is a pontoon for temporary access for boats and a short distance there is a mooring buoy rental for boats (ask for contact, availability and agreements).     “Positiv: the small park in the back, and the lake view. I also liked the opportunity we had to park the car in front of the house (i'm not so sure it would be so easy in full season) Negativ: the house lies along a relatively busy road. No real food store close by.”
