The kitchen has all the essentials for a full self catering holidays (a washing machine is also available in a separate utility room).Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a twin bedroom and bathroom are available.
Air conditioning available from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h.
Outside, Can Seguinot Mercer offers to its guests beautifully kept gardens with lawn, flowers, trees and shrubs: a true oasis of peace! The private swimming pool is set at the front of the villa and attracts long hours of sun. It is surrounded by extensive paved terraces perfect for sunbathing on the comfortable sunbeds provided. The private swimming pool is particularly large for a property of this size, and it measures 10m x 4m (depth 1.30m – 2.20m). A built-in tone barbecue as well as outdoor dining are are also available for the guests to enjoy. Private parking within the premises.
