The house has a built-in fireplace, an air/water heat pump as well as underfloor heating, so lover costs for heating and hot water can be expected. The house is nicely and harmoniously furnished, and from the living room there is access to a 125 m² open terrace area and 27 m² covered terrace facing west, which means that you can always find a wind protected area at the house. The large plot is closed and beautifully undisturbed. Access to the beach and the sea is easy on foot along landscaped paths through the area.
