    “Die Ausstattung ist neu, max. 1Jahr alt und hochwertig es ist alles vorhanden. Der direkte Zugang zum See ist perfekt, es gibt jederzeit genügend Platz um sich zu Sonnen und auszuruhen. An der Stelle ist der See sehr flach und man kann sehr weit in den See laufen, der Seegrund ist sandig und angenehm.
    Die Partymeile ist ca. 1 km entfernt du stört die Ruhe nicht, kann jedoch bei Bedarf gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe.
    Einziges Manko, ist die Sauberkeit, die Wasserhähne und Waschbecken hatten noch Wasserflecken, auch waren am Balkon Flecken von den Vorgänger, was ich etwas schade fand, das es sich um eine neue Wohnung handelt.
    Der Vermieter wohnt in der Wohnung neben an und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”
