This beautiful and comfortable apartment is located in the old town of Altea, just 200 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.
The first floor apartment offers a bedroom, a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and a beautiful patio courtyard. The interior of the house is tasteful and comfortable.
Just a few meters from the front door, you will find a small path that leads to the many small streets of this beautiful place. The view of the Bahía, surrounded by the Serra Gelada and Morro de Toix, is fantastic.
The beach promenade counts with a variety of restaurants, bars and stores. Here you will find one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, which is especially popular with divers. The apartment is located right on a national road, which makes it ideal for exploring the prettiest corners of the area by car.
