This beautiful apartment is situated in the small, idyllic town Elpe, surrounded by mountains, forests and meadows in the Hochsauerland between Winterberg and Olsberg. Spend a recreative and relaxing holiday in your neat little apartment on the first floor. On the ground floor of the house, you can have a leisurely breakfast, buy baked goods or have lunch at the "Südtiroler Backhaus" with its rustic snack bar. This apartment is ideal for a vacation with your partner. In addition to countless hiking trails and excursion destinations, the beautiful region offers a variety of leisure and recreational opportunities. It doesn't matter whether you spend a fun day in the "Fort-Fun Leisure Park" just 2.5 km away, marvel at the nearby mining museum in Ramsbeck or take a taster course at the paragliding flight school in Elpe, it will certainly not be boring. In Olsberg, which is approx 10 km away, you'll find the state-of-the-art sports and leisure pool facility Aqua. Here you can swim laps in the 25m-long sports pool with diving platform, regenerate in the saline pool or simply unwind in the sauna world. For winter sports enthusiasts there are several ultra-modern lifts and cross-country trails in the immediate vicinity. If you don't necessarily want to ski in the tourist strongholds Willingen (approx. 25km) or Winterberg (approx. 12km), you will also find an opportunity here in the neighboring village of Wasserfall (approx. 2.5km) or in the Bödefeld-Hunau ski area (approx. 10km) Winter sports.The central heating will keep the house warm in the winter months.
