A few steps lead down to the living area. The long sandy beach of Zaton is barrier-free and therefore also suitable for people with physical limitations. Directly on the beach is a small pine forest, which provides coolness and shade during the hot summer months. Interesting excursion destinations are the city Zadar, the neighboring town Nin and the national parks Krka, Kornati and Paklenica.
