This holiday apartment is located on the Valguerriera estate about 4 km from Piobbico in a valley in the Apennines, an ideal destination for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in unspoilt nature. The estate consists of the manor house and three country houses, the spacious communal outdoor areas and the beautiful communal swimming pool (17x10m) with hydromassage. A total of 11 attractively furnished holiday apartments have been created in the country houses. The apartment has an independent entrance in its own outdoor area with table, chairs and parasol, where you can relax and enjoy your meals al fresco. Barbecue for communal use. The property is located in the Marche, on the border with the regions of Tuscany and Umbria, near Piobbico (province of Pesaro and Urbino), in a quiet valley called Candigliano, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt valleys in the Pesaro hinterland, which has a mild climate and from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Apennines. In the surrounding area you will find cities of art and Renaissance towns such as Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, enchanting medieval villages such as Piobbico, Apecchio, SantAngelo in Vado and Acqualagna, famous for their truffles, or Urbania, Cagli, San Marino, Gradara and San Leo. The location of the property is also favourable for day trips to Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Città di Castello, Arezzo, San Sepolcro, Loreto, Florence and Siena, all places of great art-historical interest, or to San Marino, Gradara Castle, the Frasassi Caves or the Furlo Pass. DISTANCES: 4 km Piobbico (grocery shop and other shops, bank, pharmacy, doctor), 30 km Urbino, 55 km Fano and the beaches of the Adriatic coast, which can be reached in about an hour's drive. 6 km from a wellness centre and 10 km from a riding stable. Possibility of guided excursions. As a welcome gift, guests receive a bottle of wine and a wine tasting (once a week) in a wine cellar with wines and typical products.
