    “Gute Lage mit zwei Balkonen und Meerblick (allerdings viel Wind), in erhöhter Lage (115 Stufen + kurzer Fußweg zum Strand).
    Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Küchen- und Kochutensilien, funktionsfähiger Wasch-/Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc.
    Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos im Internet, ist in einem guten Zustand, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (wie fast alle Apartments dort). Parkplatz mit Mietwagen hervorragend da Privatgelände.
    Da wir leider eine kalte und verregnete Woche hatten war es in der Wohnung leider sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Die Klima-/Heizungsanlage im Wohnbereich hat leider nicht geheizt. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir zum Glück einen mobilen Heizkörper der über die Steckdose zumindest im nahen Sitzbereich für erträgliches Raumklima gesorgt hat.”

    “Einmalige Hanglage mit zwei nach Südwest ausgerichteten Terassen und wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Allerdings wird der überragende Ausblick mit ca. 110 Treppenstufen erkauft, es sei denn man benutzt immer das vor der Wohnung geparkte Auto. Das Früstück auf der größeren überdachten Terasse ist immer ein Genuss, ab ca. 11.00 Uhr kommt dann die Sonne rum und man hat bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonnenschein. Die Wohnung grenzt seitlich und unterhalb an andere Wohneinheiten, der gesamte Hang ist mit solchen Appartments ausgebaut die letztlich wie eigenständige Häuser zu betreten sind. Die Wohnung ist zwar älter aber sauber und komplett ausgestattet und sehr geräumig.”
