Amazing villa for 8 people with private pool and garden, located just 2.5 km from Ses Salines and 4 km from the beach in Colonia de Sant Jordi.

The exterior area of this finca is really impressive thanks to its lively garden and great private chlorine pool that sizes 11 x 6 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.9 metres. You can bask in the sun on the 8 sunloungers around. Next, the stairs lead you to the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue or a relaxing evening sitting on the exterior sofa and admiring the idyllic views. The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around so you'll enjoy total privacy.

Inside, the spacious living - dining room with AC, invites to share moments at the dining table or watching the TV-sat. If you like cooking, you'll love the well equipped airy kitchen with a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The same floor features a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom, as well as a toilet. Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms, one with twin beds and two with a double bed each; one of the latest also has an en-suite with a jetted shower. The 4 bedrooms have AC, a closet or a walk-in closet and two bedrooms upstairs have access to the top terrace. A bathroom with a bath completes the top floor. Finally there are two baby cots and two high-chairs available.

The property is located in a quiet environment, 2.5 km from the town of Ses Salines, well known thanks to the production of marine salt and where you'll find the basic services for an independent stay. The nearest beach is 4 km away in Colonia de Sant Jordi, a coastal village with good sea food restaurants. However, you can also visit other nearby beaches like Platja de's Dolç or es Trenc.

    “Lage ist traumhaft, Ausstattung der Küche gut, bis auf sehr langsame Kaffeemaschine und einen unbrauchbar en Wasserkocher. Sonnenliegen zum Teil kaputt , Auflagen mit vielen Flecken, Duschkabine im Obergeschoss : Tür lässt sich nicht schließen, Holzmatte unhygienisch, Wasserkästen der WC's wackelig. Fliegengitter leider nicht vor allen Fenstern
    Gute Betten, AC gut, schöne Terrassen, toller Ausblick, schöner großer Pool , schöne Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoß
    Sehr schön angelegtes Parkgelände um das Haus”
