At the gates of Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Saint-Raphaël, this inviting villa benefits from a sunny location. From here you have a great view of the surrounding nature all the way to the bay of Cannes.

The interior is well-maintained, and you can expect a cozy lounge and bar, a swimming pool, and several terraces on each level. You have five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and there are two tennis courts on the property. Due to the hilly location, the property can be reached via some steps.

You are just outside Les Adrets-de-l'Esterel. This village in the Esterel mountains is not far from Cannes (21 km) and Mandelieu-la-Napoule (15 km), and also to the beaches of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël (20 km). Only rarely can you hear the echo of traffic on the highway 3 km away. The landlord occasionally occupies a completely independent apartment on the property with no view of the pool or your garden. The garden behind the house is private, but all the space in front of the house is completely reserved for you. Two parking spaces are at your disposal.
