    “Het huisje zit helemaal aan de zuid-oost punt van het eiland. Vlakbij de zee, dat is mooi.
    Ook het schiereiland Monchgut is erg mooi, kun je een prachtige wandeling maken over kleine heuvels, en daarna langs de kust (deels hoog). Je waant je een beetje in Engeland. Absoluut doen.
    Verder leuke plaatsen redelijk dichtbij zoals Sellin, Binz en Prora.
    Ook het mooie natuurgebied Jasmund is goed af te rijden. Die ook zeker doen.
    De noordwest kant is best ver weg, die hebben we daarom niet gezien.”
