House in rustic style set up in a green valley (900 a.s.l.) of the high hills above the shores of Lake Como. This former farmhouse has been converted into a cozy holiday home. The convenient location of the house makes it possible to reach the nearby mountains with interesting hiking trails for relaxing walks in nature and lookouts that offer scenic views of the lake. Around the house, within a 5000 m² estate, a nice plot with natural grass (200 m²) for the guests’ exclusive use. Outdoor area with deckchairs and table. At the rear is a patio equipped for outdoor dining (barbecue). Heating with pellet stove. On the ground floor: laundry (washing machine, sink) and some locked rooms. The last 600 meters of access are an unpaved road that is not suitable for low or sports cars. Distances: Esino Lario 2.8 km (grocery store, bank, restaurant), the shores of Lake Como 14 km, Colico 21km (sailing), Lecco 35 km, Milan 93 km.
