Apartment building with a garden, near the beach

The house is in one of the best locations in Pula, near the sea and the beautiful beaches.

There are four fully-furnished and equipped apartments with a balcony. You can relax in the garden or on the terrace, with Mediterranean plants. You can also use the outdoor grill and seating. Parking spaces are available. Free wireless Internet access is available.

The nearest pebbled beach is in Gortonova bay 100 metres away, providing lovely access to the sea and ideal for families with children. There is a beach bar right near the beach. There is also a rocky beach not far away, or you can stroll along the wonderful promenade between pine trees and along the tranquil sea. There are many restaurants here with a great view and excellent food. You can also enjoy various sports and leisure activities, such as tennis, table tennis, squash, minigolf, basketball, football, a fitness studio, diving, hiking trails and bicycle hire. You can visit historical sights in the area, such as the Roman amphitheatre, about a 30-mintue walk away. Kamenjak Cape and the Brijuni Islands are also to be recommended.

Apartments Nicole are situated in one of the best looking part of Pula, surrounded by green gardens,
close to the sea and attractive beaches of which the first is - Gortanova bay 100 m away. The beach
is pebbly with a nice entrance into the sea and is ideal for families with children, and the
swimmers sea border line has been set. A few meters from the coast, you can find shade under the tree top and you can freshen up at a nearby beach bar. In the nearest vicinity of cove there is a rocky coast, so that all the jumping lovers into the sea can find a place for themselves. Besides enjoying the sea and swimming, you can walk in the evening along the most beautiful promenade in Pula and relax in pine trees wood and calmness of the sea. During the day you can also visit the historical sites and monuments, for instance the Roman amphitheater - Arena, Stone Gate, etc. It takes only 25-30 minutes by walk to the center of the town.

This apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The living and dining room with an open kitchen provides a sofa bed for two people, a coffee table, satellite TV and a big dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The cosy terrace with garden furniture is ideal for relaxing, looking out over the green garden. Courtyard is equipped with table and chairs made of rattan for a pleasant stay in the courtyard. The rattan furniture is under pergolas of kiwis and the view is to the garden in the direction of pine forest and beach. Parking is next to the apartments on public area.

Apartment 2+2 40 m2 is on the ground / courtyard and can accommodate 4 persons. The living room with an open kitchen provides a sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen unit is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and etc. It has one bedroom with a double bed and single bed, as well as wardrobes. The bathroom comprises a shower, toilet, and washbasin, as well as a washing machine.
