The apartment is on the ground floor of the house typical of colonial times, near the motorway, just a short distance from the beach.

There is a roofed terrace on the first floor, so you can enjoy dining outdoors and gaze out at the surroundings. You can also share use of the garden. Pets are allowed on the enclosed site, but note that the surrounding wall is not very high. You can park your car on site. The owner can provide bicycles for use free of charge. There is an old wine press on site, as well as an old bread-baking oven, a little barn and a storage room.

The apartment has a living room with two single beds (80 x 190cm), which can be separated off by a curtain. There is also a sitting corner with an open fireplace. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190cm). The owner can provide a junior bed on request. Please note that a couple of the rooms do not have doors, as the apartment has archways. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer and a gas stove. The bathroom with a shower and WC rounds off the accommodation.

The sea is within walking distance (500 metres) and there are various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. You can stroll to the Gallipoli harbour or visit the cathedral or the old castle.

    “Super Wohnung! Sehr freundliche Aufnahme und Service! Zentral gelegen, an Gallipoli mit wunderschönen Stränden, hellblau Wasser und echtem italienischen Stil.
    Das Haus ist wunderschön und auf einem interessanten Grundstück mitschlichter Einrichtung.Die obere Wohnung hat einen speziellen Schnitt, bei dem aber sehr gut auf der Terrasse leben kann.
    Einziges Manko für uns war das auf dem benachbarten Campingplatz ein Animationsprogramm unfassbar laut jeden Tag abgespielt wurde. Dafür kann der Besitzer nichts. Es war trotzdem störend. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig.”

    “adatto per famiglie con animali domestici e il proprietario che ha curato nei dettagli il ns arrivo con informazioni su cosa visitare .
    Complimenti ancora una volta a Francesco di cui si nota la passione per il suo lavoro seguita dalla passione per la sua "creatura" creata e in totale sintonia con il territorio Positiv: Ottima location che ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze (relax , tranquillita' e pace immerse nella natura) , il proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo per qualsiasi richiesta . Negativ: Per poter avere una spiaggia vicina bisogna usufruire della macchina”
