Holiday home in traditional architecture and with modern amenities with a pool, a garden and a carport

The detached villa with a natural stone front is located in northern Mallorca. It combines traditional architecture with modern amenities. Embedded in beautiful mountainous scenery, you can relax and enjoy this exclusive property. The villa with a garden, pool and patio, is situated on a quiet side street with views of the edge of the Tramuntana Mountains.

Enjoy the spacious garden and the shaded patio. The 8 x 4 m pool is the highlight of the property. Enjoy the Mediterranean sun on the wooden deck or the lawn. The property is fully fenced in, making it an ideal playground for children. The pool is lit at night, giving it a romantic atmosphere. There is also a private two car carport. There is one golf set available exempt from charges.

The interior space is very comfortable. Adjacent to the spacious living room with high end furnishings and an open fire place (decorative), is the open plan kitchen. It is fully loaded and offers a large dining table for communal meals. There is a Senseo coffee maker, an electric juicer, free WI-FI (IBRED, LTE, unlimited downloads from 4/30 - 10/31), satellite, flat screen television, a DVD player and an air conditioning unit (warm/cold) with an air filter, a washing machine and a safe. All windows are equipped with high end mosquito screens. There is also a small library (including children's books) and a DVD collection. There are three charming bedrooms, each with an en-suite, modern bathroom. The double beds are 180 x 200 cm and the single beds are 90 x 200 cm. All bedrooms are furnished with built-in closets, large mirrors, wooden hangers, shoe storage and storage space. A child's cot is available. The bathrooms all offer natural lighting, level access showers, hairdryers and towel warmers. Additionally, there is a bathtub.

It is about 13 km to the ocean and the beach. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found about 3 to 4 km from the property.

Plenty of beach and pool towels are available to you. There are also beach bags, a cooler bag, an air mattress and a sun shade. A professional property manager is available locally. The final cleaning, pool maintenance and a weekly towel and bedding change are included in the rental fee.

    “Ausgesprochen schöne Villa, die neue Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, so wie die gesamte Villa. Es gibt sogar Spiele für die ganze Familie! Der komplett eingezäunte und schöne Garten ist für einen Urlaub mit Kindern perfekt. Die Lage ist klasse mit Nähe zum Tramuntana Gebirge und den wunderschönen Stränden wie Platja de Muro. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder!”

    “Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend eingerichtet - es gibt alles, was das Familienherz begehrt. Dazu noch wunderschönen Bergblick, tolle Strände und Städte in der Nähe sowie äußerst liebenswürdige Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

    “Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und perfekt geputzt - so eine saubere Unterkunft findet man nur selten. Das Objekt liegt in ruhiger Lage und verspricht Entspannung pur. Die Restaurantempfehlungen des Gastgebers waren klasse (vor allem der Tapas Laden in Pollenca ist Wahnsinn!). Von der Unterkunft aus sind alle Highlights der Insel gut zu erreichen - auch mit dem Rennrad :). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist super freundlich und einfach. Rundum sehr zu empfehlen!”
