All around the apartment there is a terrace of around 120m² with a view of the sea. Sofas, armchairs and a dining corner provide plenty of seating. There are also a sunbathing area, a table tennis table and whirlpool with six seats for communal use. A second dining area and a second seating group are also available, so that a total of 300m² of terrace space is available for your own exclusive use.

The villa was renovated twice between 1998 and 2003, with the aim of enabling guests to feel at home. When you enter the house, you will be enveloped by its peacefulness and hospitality.

You can go on leisurely walks in the village of Fornacelle, in the hills that surround it, past centuries-old pines, by the sea, Vesuvius and through green nature, where you can enjoy the fragrance of herbs and spices.

Those who would like to explore the villa’s surroundings can benefit from its convenient location. It is 15 minutes from Pompeii, 30 minutes from Herculaneum and Sorrento, and 45 minutes from Positano. It is about an hour by car to Amalfi and Ravello.

The villa, which offers two rental apartments, is on a hill on the beautiful Sorrento coast. The motto here is: relaxation, charm and “savoir vivre”.

The apartment of around 100m² has two bedrooms with double beds (220 x 200cm) and a shared bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (length: 200cm) and another bathroom. The living room has an inviting interior and features a fireplace. There is also a dining area with a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, toaster, mixer and crockery. Free wireless Internet access is available in the apartment. The accommodation was furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. All rooms have air conditioning and heating.
