This family-run apartment building is at the entrance to Premantura in the south of Istria. Bars, shops, restaurants and the beach are within easy access. In total this house has four well-furnished apartments, each with a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.

In front of the house there is a parking space, and four further parking space right behind it. The site is enclosed.

Apartment with a large veranda

This apartment for up to three people is on the ground floor and provides a living space of around 30m². The bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed (170 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. Here there is also a single bed (90 x 200cm) for the third person. The kitchen with a dining area provides all the essential electric appliances. There is a TV mounted to the wall here, so you can also watch TV comfortably from the dining table. The bathroom borders the kitchen directly and has a shower.

The roofed terrace with its old stone table more than a hundred years old is worth a special mention. It is the perfect place for an enjoyable meal outdoors.

    “Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit schöner, schattiger Terrasse, großem Garten, super ausgestatteter Küche und sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Die Hauptstraße stört nicht. Pizzeria in der Nähe. In das Dorf zu den Geschäften 5 Minuten. Nächstgelegener Strand zu Fuß 20 Minuten, Natur-Parkeingang ca. 15 Minuten.”
